1. Self-tuning

Due to the strict control of manufacturing precision, the linear guide rail size can be maintained within a certain level, and the slider has the design of the retainer to prevent the steel ball from falling off, so some series of precision is interchangeable, customers can order the guide rail or slider according to their needs, can also separate the guide rail and slider storage, in order to reduce the storage space.
3. All directions are highly rigid
The four-row circular groove is used, and the contact Angle of 45 degrees is matched with the four-row steel ball, so that the steel ball can reach the ideal two-point contact structure, and can bear the load from up and down and left and right directions.When necessary, preload can be applied to improve rigidity.
Application of linear guide rail:

How to install linear guide rail:
1. Before installing the linear guide rail, the rough edges, dirt and surface scars on the mechanical mounting surface must be removed.
Note: before the formal installation of the linear slide rail are coated with anti-rust oil, before the installation, please use cleaning oil to clean the base level before installation, usually after the anti-rust oil is removed, the base level is easy to rust, so it is recommended to smear the lower viscosity of the spindle oil.
2. Position the main rail gently on the bed table, and use side fixing screws or other fixing fixtures to make the rail gently fit the side mounting surface.
Note: before installation and use, confirm whether the screw hole is fit. If the processing hole of the base is not fit and the bolt is forced to be locked, the combination precision and use quality will be greatly affected.
3. Tighten the positioning screw of the slide track slightly from the center to the two sides in order to make the track fit the vertical mounting surface slightly.The order is from the central position to the two ends of the forced to obtain a more stable precision.After the vertical datum plane is slightly tightened, the locking force of the lateral datum plane is strengthened, so that the main rail can truly fit the lateral datum plane.
4. Using torque wrench, slowly tighten the positioning screw of slide track according to the locking torque of various materials.
5. Use the same installation method to install the auxiliary rail, and separately install the sliding seat to the main rail and the auxiliary rail.
Note that after the slide seat is installed on the linear slide rail, many subsequent accessories cannot be installed due to the limited installation space. All required accessories must be installed together at this stage.(accessories may be nozzles, tubing joints, or dust control systems.)
6. Gently place the moving platform (table) on the sliding seat of the main and sub-tracks.
7. First lock the lateral tightening screw on the moving platform, and then proceed in order after installation and positioning.
